Recognizing the vital role of physical health in supporting career longevity and quality of life, we invite you to join Dr. Sheetal Patil and Dr. Raghu Kasetty for an insightful discussion on the importance of sleep. This session will dig in into how a better understanding of sleep can enhance not only our own health but also enable us to guide our patients toward improved physiological function through adequate, high-quality rest.

We will also explore how the use of expander appliance can play a role in reducing snoring and sleep apnea, contributing to better sleep health for our patients.
